Love Trader Joe’s and love these posts! Always looking for easy, healthy meals that are good for the whole family and not boring, and I shop almost exclusively at Trader Joe’s.

Here’s a Trader Joe’s meal my family loves: General Tso’s Crispy Tofu with Veggies and Rice
Trader Joe’s organic extra-firm tofu – cubed, blotted with paper towel to absorb excess moisture, and tossed in 1 T. soy sauce, 1 T. olive oil, 1 T. cornstarch; spread it out on a parchment-lined pan and bake at 400 for about 25 minutes until crispy, then toss with Trader Joe’s General Tso Sauce and serve up with some brown rice (Trader Joe’s frozen brown rice is super convenient and delicious) plus a veggie – we usually choose haricots verts or broccoli.

Love this post, but from one blogger to another I just wanted to give you a heads up that a huge Lexus ad pops up across the screen every 5 seconds no matter how many times you’ve clicked to exit the ad and it covers the entire post. I know I’d want to know if this was happening on my blog and causing my readers to want to leave my blog so I thought I’d let you know 🙂

Great post! I’m definitely looking forward to making some of these meals on my weekly rotation.

Jesús you eat meat at every meal. Not very healthy. I wonder what goes through a persons head when they see the meatless meatballs right next to turkey meatballs and they go….gimme the one where they slit a throat. Smh

I’ve made about half of these and they’re all great. One must is get the Trader Joe’s Horseradish Hummus for the falafel. AMAZING!

    • Emily

Oh I LOVE hearing this! Can you believe I haven’t tried the horseradish hummus?! Adding it to my list, thanks for the recco!
