- Mozzarella cheese – Buy shredded cheese to save some time. You could also use cheddar or jack cheese.
- Blue cheese – Buy crumbled blue cheese.
- Green onions – You could also use chives or diced red onion.
- Buffalo wing sauce – Add the hot sauce to taste.
