Spiced Pumpkin Cold Foam Recipe
This pumpkin cold foam recipe is creamy, and slightly sweet, and gives any iced coffee instant fall vibes with the first sip and it’s a great way to welcome in pumpkin season. The foam tastes like pumpkin pie filling with a big dollop of whipped cream – in the best way possible. Pour the pumpkin spice cold foam over your favorite iced coffee or espresso, over an iced latte, or use it in a pumpkin cream cold brew. If you want to be a bit extra, use it as a topping for an iced pumpkin spice latte. Extra is always good in my opinion and it’s delicious on almost all of your favorite fall drinks.

- Delicious way to welcome in the fall season
- Cozy spiced pumpkin flavors
- Perfect addition to any cold coffee
- Made with real pumpkin puree and simple ingredients
- Easy-to-make

Ingredients
- Heavy cream โ This gives major whipped cream vibes and is SO good. It also helps the foam have a thick and strong structure (so that the foam doesnโt deflate right away).
- Milk โ You can use skim milk, low-fat milk (2%), or whole milk. The combination of cold milk with heavy cream helps lighten the foam up a bit and also prevents it from turning into whipped cream.
- Pumpkin spice syrup – Once you have a batch of this syrup, you’ll find so many delicious ways to use it. It is ready in minutes and you’ll have coffee drinks for weeks. It’s the perfect way to use up leftover pumpkin puree and you can use it in so many different drinks.
- Coffee – You can use iced espresso, cold brew, or your favorite cold coffee.

can i use something else instead of heavy whipping cream?
You can use half & half or even a milk, if you use a milk alternative, definitely look for the “barista” blends as they will whip up better. The whipping cream whips to a really nice consistency, but it’s still good, even if it’s not as foamy!
