Description

One sip and you’ll want to add this pumpkin cold foam to every drink! It’s slightly sweet, majorly creamy, and full of cozy spices.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. milk (whole, 2%, or skim)
  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin spice syrup (or purchase pumpkin spice syrup here)

Instructions

  1. In a small glass, combine heavy cream, milk, and pumpkin spice syrup.
  2. Froth mixture for 15-25 seconds until light and foamy. Be careful to not over froth or it will turn to (the most delicious) pumpkin whipped cream.

  3. Serve immediately and pour cold foam over your iced drink and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon sugar.

Notes

  • Storage: Best enjoyed immediately. Do not store for later as foam will deflate.
  • Ingredient notes: Whole milk creates the creamiest foam, but plant-based options like oat or almond milk also work. Add more pumpkin spice syrup if you want a sweeter and stronger flavor. If you prefer to buy your syrup, this pumpkin spice syrup here has great reviews.
  • Prep ahead: Brew coffee in advance and reheat if needed, but froth milk fresh for the best texture.
  • Special tools: Electric frother, handheld milk frother, or blender for frothing milk.
  • Serve with: Your favorite iced latte, iced Americano, or cold brew.
  • Nutrition: Nutrition facts do not include iced coffee.
