How to Make Hummus and Avocado Toast
The simple toast “recipe” is this:
- Toast bread. You can toast bread in a toaster or place bread that is buttered or brushed with olive oil in a hot skillet until golden brown.
- Prep ingredients. Cut avocado in half with a knife and carefully remove pit. Thinly slice with a knife. Thinly slice radish.
- Assemble toast. Spread a thick layer of hummus on toast and top with sliced avocado and sliced radish. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, flaky sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper.

TIP: I like to choose one or two toppings from each category above – you can keep it super simple, mix-and-match flavors, or try one of the combinations below.
