Weekly Meal Plan: December 29 – January 2

You know that weird week between Christmas and New Year’s when you’re not quite sure what day it is, the kids are home with nowhere to be, and you’re definitely not back to your normal routine yet? This meal plan is designed for exactly that vibe. (No comment on whether it’s really fun or really stressful!)

I’ve kept things mostly simple – shrimp quesadillas, a cozy pot of chili, sliders that practically make themselves. But I also included a fancy-ish air fryer lobster tail dinner for New Year’s Eve (because celebrating at home deserves something special), and a Mediterranean charcuterie board for New Year’s Day, when grazing on something fresh probably sounds good. It’s the perfect balance of easy, celebratory, and back-to-basics.
