What You’ll Love About Air Fryer Mahi Mahi
- Perfectly flaky and tender fish
- Cooks in less than 15 minutes
- Made with just 3 simple ingredients
- Healthy and nutritious dinner
- Simple and easy recipe for any home cook
Ingredients
- Mahi Mahi – Look for high-quality mahi mahi fillets. I always recommend buying the best seafood you can. You can also use your favorite white fish like cod, tilapia, or snapper if you prefer.
- Olive Oil – I like to spray the fish with an olive oil spritzer, but you can also brush olive oil onto the mahi with a pastry brush. Butter is another delicious option that adds great flavor to fish. Simply brush melted butter over the fillets.
- Seasoning – You can season the mahi mahi with whatever seasonings you like. Keep it simple with sea salt and black pepper; lemon pepper seasoning; or your favorite fish seasoning. Seasonings like garlic powder, Cajun, taco blend, or a premade fish seasoning blend would all be delicious.
