Ingredients

  • Butter – Use high quality butter for best flavor.
  • Marshmallows – Use your favorite plain marshmallows. You can use regular sized or mini, but if you use the mini marshmallows you may need to adjust the cooking time as they will melt quickly.
  • Rice Krispie Cereal – Use your favorite brand of crispy rice cereal.
  • Oreo Cookies – This recipe uses regular Oreos, but you could absolutely get creative with the flavors and/or seasonal colors and use different types of Oreos for a fun twist – golden Oreos are on my list to try next! Any chocolate sandwich cookies should work.
  • Cookies ‘n’ Creme Bar – This white chocolate bar is made with cookies and cream flavor. It’s a delicious addition to the bars, but if you can’t find it, you can omit or stir in some white chocolate chips.
