Ingredients
Protein:
- Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown Maple Sausage
- Ham or Canadian bacon
- Bacon
- Eggs (Any way you like ’em or try Anthony Bourdain scrambled eggs)
- Greek yogurt parfaits
Grain/Carbohydrates:
- Toast
- Avocado toast
- English muffins
- Bagels
- Breakfast potatoes or hashbrowns
- Waffles
- Pancakes
- Apple monkey bread
- Mini chocolate chip muffins
Fruits and Veggies
- Fresh berries
- Sliced apples or pears
- Citrus
- Canned fruit
- Green salads (Yes, you can have salad with breakfast!)
- Raw veggies (like cucumbers, peppers, carrots, etc.)
- Israeli salad
- Instant pot applesauce
- Juice
- Blueberry banana smoothie
Instructions
I built my meal around breakfast sausage for dinner and needed about 10-15 minutes to prep to cook the eggs and sausage and to get the toaster going.
- Decide on the items you’ll be including.
- Start cooking sausage.
- Prep other components.
- Serve up your breakfast for dinner and let everyone build their perfect meal.
