Your Family will Eat Healthy: This healthy meal plan for a family is designed by a nutritionist (me!) in order to provide nutritionally-balanced meals that feature protein, healthy fats, whole-grains, colorful produce and plenty of fun meals, too! I wanted to quick add that my favorite part of this meal plan has been expanding our vegetable palate. I honestly had never purchased a zucchini prior to this meal plan and now I’ve purchased multiple!
