Notes
- Storage: Best enjoyed immediately.
- Ingredient notes: Use high-quality espresso beans for best results. Whole milk creates the creamiest foam, but plant-based options like oat or almond milk also work. Adjust the amount of pumpkin spice syrup depending on how sweet and flavorful you want your drink.
- Prep ahead: Make the pumpkin syrup ahead, it stores in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
- Special tools: Espresso machine, moka pot, or strong coffee maker.
- Serve with: Pumpkin overnight oats, Greek yogurt parfait, or avocado toast.
- Nutrition: Nutrition facts are an estimate and calculated with 2 tablespoons of pumpkin syrup and whole milk, but do not include whipped cream or cinnamon sugar.
