Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups milk
  • 10 almonds
  • 1 cup frozen cherries or mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • optional: maca powder, trace minerals, chocolate stevia

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
