Starbucks protein box is an easy copycat of the Starbucks egg and cheese protein box. It’s easy + healthy with over 29 grams of protein! 


  • 1 oz. cheese
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 small whole grain pita bread
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter


  1. Hard boil eggs if necessary. (Do as many servings as you’ll want for the week!)
  2. Portion out remaining ingredients in a bento box or other container.
  3. Store in the refrigerator until you’re ready to eat.


  • Can swap apple for another serving of fruit.
  • If you use the peanut butter packs, the nutrition will be a little different.
