The BEST way to make gnocchi! Crispy on the outside, pillowy soft on the inside.
Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 lbs. gnocchi (shelf stable or refrigerated)
- 2 cloves minced garlic (more if you like garlic!)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- black pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium high heat until butter is foaming. Add gnocchi to pan in a single layer, leaving undisturbed for 3 minutes. Then stir, add garlic to skillet, and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Add garlic and toss together with gnocchi, cooking for another minute, until fragrant.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
