Notes

Nutrition facts are for: 1 shot espresso, 8 ounces whole milk, 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) lavender syrup

Ingredient notes: Use high-quality espresso beans for best results. Whole milk creates the creamiest foam, but plant-based options like oat or almond milk also work.

Special tools: Espresso machine, Nespresso, moka pot, or strong coffee maker; lavender syrup or lavender flowers; handheld milk frother, milk steamer, or French press for frothing milk.
