- 2 ounces espresso (double shot)
- 6 ounces steamed milk
- 1/2-1 ounce lavender syrup (1-2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Make lavender syrup (recipe above), or you can buy it.
- Pour lavender syrup into mug.

- Prep espresso if necessary.
- Steam milk for latte – mostly microfoam steamed milk with a small layer of foam.

- Brew espresso right over the syrup into the mug and gently stir.

- Pour steamed milk into mug and top with foam.
