Grilled Vegetables


Learn how to grill vegetables + grill times for common vegetables. 


  • 2 red peppers, seeded and halved
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 eggplant, sliced lengthwise
  • 2 large portobello mushrooms 
  • 1 bunch green onion, roots cut off
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 
  • sea salt 
  • black pepper 


  1. Brush veggies with olive oil on both side and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. 
  2. Preheat grill over medium-high heat. Grill vegetables until tender and lightly charred. 
  3. Timing: 
    bell pepper, portobellos: 4 minutes per side
    zucchini, eggplant: 3 minutes per side
    onions: 2 minutes per side


  • Timing is approximate and will depend on grill temperature
