- heavy whipping cream
- flavors (optional, see list above)
- Pour heavy whipping cream in a small glass that’s tall enough that it can double in size. Add in any flavorings if using.
- Using a handheld frother, froth until thickened and doubled in size, about 15 seconds.
- Pour cold foam over iced coffee.
- Don’t over froth, you want the consistency of a very loose whipped cream, no stiff peaks!
