Description

This chocolate peanut butter smoothie is rich, creamy, and satisfying! Made with banana, cocoa, peanut butter, and a secret veggie!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 2 frozen bananas (sliced)
  • 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa nibs
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • Optional: protein powder (I prefer collagen powder)

Instructions

  1. Add milk, bananas, riced cauliflower, peanut butter, dates, chia seeds, cocoa nibs, and collagen or protein powder if using, in order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth and serve.
  3. Garnish with sliced bananas.
