Easy Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 2 cups kale
  • 2 Tbsp. almond butter

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to blender, in order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.


Notes

  • Freeze sliced banana (no peel) and diced pear prior to making smoothie for a extra-thick smoothie. 
  • Use any nut butter that you prefer.
