Chipotle Chicken Air Fryer Flautas

Description

Switch up your taco night with these chipotle chicken air fryer flautas! This cheesy meal comes together in minutes and everyone can make their own. 


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 24 chopped chipotle peppers (from canned in adobo sauce)
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 small flour tortillas (taco size)
  • fresh toppings: sour cream, pico de gallo

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together chipotle peppers and sour cream.
  2. Assemble flautas. Spread a thin layer of chipotle sour cream on bottom of tortilla and top with about 2 tablespoons chicken and shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up tightly and place seam side down on a cutting board.
  3. Spray or brush with oil and air fry at 400 degrees F for 4-5 minutes. 

Notes

  • Freeze for 2-3 months and bake at 375 degrees F for about 15-20 minutes or air fry at 370 degrees F for 6-8 minutes.
