Description
This fresh sauce is so simple to make and tastes delicious on just about anything! Serve it with grilled meats + vegetables for a bright meal.
Ingredients

- 1 small shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1/4 cup mint
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Chop shallots and garlic. Place into bottom of food processor and pour red wine vinegar over and let sit for 5 minutes. This will help mellow out the shallots and garlic.
- Add fresh herbs to food processor and process until finely chopped. Drizzle in olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- You can use any combination of fresh herbs as you like.
