Incredibly easy crockpot chicken and gravy recipe! Serve over egg noodles for major comfort food that the whole family will love.

- 2 lbs. chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- .6 oz. packet dry Italian dressing mix
- 12 oz. jarred chicken gravy
- 4 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes.
- 12 oz. wide egg noodles
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the bottom of a slow cooker and sprinkle with Italian dressing mix. Top with gravy and cubes of cream cheese.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.
- Right before serving, prepare egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Lightly shred chicken and stir in melted cream cheese.
- Serve creamy chicken over egg noodles and top with freshly cracked pepper if desired.

Notes
- If you prefer, you could also stir in a little sour cream or heavy cream at the end of cooking instead of using cream cheese.
- If using packets of chicken gravy, prepare as directed and use about 1 1/2 cups of prepared gravy.
