This mojito mocktail is flavorful, refreshing, and so delicious that you won’t miss the booze! Easy to make, simple ingredients.

- 2 small limes, quartered
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 2 oz. Seedlip Garden 108
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- soda water
- garnish: fresh mint and lime slices
Instructions
- Add quartered limes and mint leaves to a cocktail mixing glass and muddle until mint is fragrant.

- Add Seedlip Garden 108 NA spirit and simple syrup to the mixing glass and stir.

- Fill low ball (short) glass with crushed ice and add lime slices. Strain mojito over the ice and top with soda water.

- Garnish with fresh mint.

- To make your own simple syrup, simply bring 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup granulated sugar to a simmer (or until sugar has dissolved). Remove from heat and set aside. Store in refrigerator for 2-4 weeks.
- Don’t skip the Seedlip Garden 108 – if you’re into mocktails, it’s a great NA spirit to stock. You can use it in so many drinks, but my fave simple drink is the Seedlip Garden 108 and Fever-Tree Light Tonic!
