Minty Mojito Mocktail

Description

This mojito mocktail is flavorful, refreshing, and so delicious that you won’t miss the booze! Easy to make, simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 small limes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 2 oz. Seedlip Garden 108
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • soda water
  • garnish: fresh mint and lime slices

Instructions

  1. Add quartered limes and mint leaves to a cocktail mixing glass and muddle until mint is fragrant.

  2. Add Seedlip Garden 108 NA spirit and simple syrup to the mixing glass and stir.

  3. Fill low ball (short) glass with crushed ice and add lime slices. Strain mojito over the ice and top with soda water.

  4. Garnish with fresh mint.

Notes

  • To make your own simple syrup, simply bring 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup granulated sugar to a simmer (or until sugar has dissolved). Remove from heat and set aside. Store in refrigerator for 2-4 weeks.
  • Don’t skip the Seedlip Garden 108 – if you’re into mocktails, it’s a great NA spirit to stock. You can use it in so many drinks, but my fave simple drink is the Seedlip Garden 108 and Fever-Tree Light Tonic!
