Sautéed Frozen Broccoli

Description

What’s the best way to cook frozen broccoli? I’m breaking down 4 popular methods (bake, saute, steam, air fry!) plus the pros/cons of each. 


Ingredients

  • 12 oz. bag frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat large nonstick frying pan over medium heat. 
  2. Add frozen broccoli to skillet and cover. Cook for 5 minutes (you can stir, or if you like dark spots, leave it undisturbed) and then uncover. 
  3. Turn heat up to medium-high, drizzle broccoli with olive oil and season with sea salt. Toss to coat and cook another 3-4 minutes.
