- 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- pinch of salt
- 24 oz. marinara sauce
- grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook pasta to al dente according to package instructions.
- While pasta is cooking, heat large skillet over medium high heat. Add beef to pan and break up with a spoon or spatula. Season with a pinch of salt. Cook, undisturbed for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Stir and break up again.
- Pour in marinara sauce and bring mixture to a boil. Lower to a simmer until pasta is ready.
- Serve meat sauce over pasta and top with Parmesan cheese as desired.
