Description
This salmon stir fry recipe is a delicious and different way to enjoy nutritious salmon! Ready in less than 30 minutes and made with staples.

For Marinade
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tsp. minced ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. garlic chili paste or sriracha
- 1 Tbsp. honey
For Salmon Stir Fry
- 16 oz. salmon, skin removed and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 12 oz. green beans
- rice for serving
- sesame seeds
- sliced green onions
Instructions
- Prepare rice for serving.
- Mix marinade. In a medium bowl, whisk together garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic chili paste, and honey. Set aside half of the marinade in a separate bowl.
- Add salmon cubes to medium bowl with marinade and gently toss to coat. Set aside.
- Cook green beans. Heat 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet and stir fry green beans for 3-4 minutes.
- Add reserved marinade to pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, until green beans are evenly coated and tender. Transfer beans to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Wipe out pan with paper towel.
- Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, gently flipping over half way through, to keep intact.
- Serve green beans and salmon over rice with sesame seeds and sliced green onion to garnish.
