DIY Healthy Smoothie Bombs are an easy way to add a boost of nutrition to your morning smoothie!
- Vegetables: spinach, kale, lettuce greens, frozen cauliflower, zucchini, cucumber
- Superfood: chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax meal, nuts, nut butter, coconut oil, protein powder, collagen
- Liquid: milk, water, coconut water, juice
