Description

DIY Healthy Smoothie Bombs are an easy way to add a boost of nutrition to your morning smoothie! 


Ingredients

  • Vegetables: spinach, kale, lettuce greens, frozen cauliflower, zucchini, cucumber
  • Superfood: chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax meal, nuts, nut butter, coconut oil, protein powder, collagen
  • Liquid: milk, water, coconut water, juice

Instructions

Blend together and freeze into portions. (I love this silicone container from BEABA* and have used it for 3 years!)

Add to smoothies with fruit, protein, and plenty of liquid.
