- 2 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tsp. oregano
- sea salt
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add peppers, onion, sea salt, and oregano into skillet and toss to combine.
- Saute veggies for 8-10 minutes.
