What to Eat this Week: January 12, 2025

This week we have a nice mix of cozy comfort foods that also pack in some nutrition, which is just what many of us are craving this time of year. We have five weeknights dinners and a breakfast and lunch idea as well.

Turkey Meatloaf

Weโre wrapping up a delicious combination of a fajita-inspired chicken, cheese, rice, and beans for a yummy and filling burrito that the whole family will love. This healthy chicken burrito recipe also comes together in just 15 minutes, making it perfect for busy weeknights.

Whipped Cottage Cheese
