This is my table. And the everyday food and meals that grace it. (Flowers are 100% optional!!!)
My Everyday Table is everyday food for busy families. It may not be perfectly “healthy” or perfectly pretty, but it’s always easy, delicious, and satisfying.
The table is one of the most important places in a home: it’s where families congregate, connect about their day, and of course, share meals together. Sometimes meal times are picturesque and perfect, other times they are chaotic and crazy. It’s those everyday meals and moments that mean the most.
If you’ve been following my blog from the beginning, you know me as A Nutritionist Eats. And when you’ve had a name as long as I have, changing the name up feels slightly terrifying! But it’s something I’ve gone back and forth over for years and ultimately, I felt like A Nutritionist Eats just didn’t suit me in the way I want it to and that it implied a certain type of food. There was a bit of a disconnect.
The recipes I create are delicious, and yes, I would consider many of them to be nutritious. But nutrition goes far beyond a calorie count, or a “clean” label. It’s important to also consider the food and meals that you find nourishing, satisfying, and enjoyable! And while sometimes that may be a meal of kale salad with grilled salmon, sometimes it may be a bowl of pasta topped with lots of parmesan cheese. I think there is a place for all of these meals on my table, so that’s what you’ll find here.
Welcome to my everyday table.

I suscribe to A Nutritionist Eats. Will that roll over to My Everyday Table or must I suscribe to My Everyday Table?
