Ingredients 

– 1 cup cottage cheese – sliced cucumber, thinly sliced into half moons – grape tomatoes, sliced in half – olive oil – salt and pepper – fried egg (with runny yolk) – chili crisp oil – pita bread

Blend cottage cheese

Place cottage cheese in a blender or small food processor and blend/process until smooth.

Cook egg

Cook according to your preference. For this savory spread, I would recommend a fried egg, soft-boiled egg, or even a poached egg.

Spread blended cottage cheese on a plate or shallow bowl and arrange sliced cucumbers and sliced tomatoes over part of the cottage cheese mixture. Drizzle everything with olive oil and season with freshly cracked pepper and flaky salt.
