Turkey Burger Sliders
The turkey is mixed with a few pantry staples that result in a delicious, nutritious, and super easy summer dinner that’s always a big hit.
– 1 lb. ground turkey – 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise – 1 Tbsp. ketchup – 1/2 tsp. sea salt – 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce – 1/8 tsp. black pepper – 8 slider buns (we love brioche or traditional burger slider buns here) – burger toppings: lettuce, tomato, fried onions, American cheese, pickle slice
How to Make Turkey Burger Sliders
Mix turkey slider patties
Section meat into 8 sections and shape each piece into a patty shape, a few inches in diameter. Gently press an indent in the middle of burger to help prevent it from puffing up.
Cook ground turkey sliders
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and place turkey burgers over direct heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, until burgers reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F with a meat thermometer.
Serve mini turkey burgers
Serve sliders on slider buns with your favorite burger toppings.
