Sheet Pan Baked Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

This simple and satisfying baked kielbasa and sauerkraut recipe is a whole meal cooked in one sheet pan! Made with just 5 basic ingredients + 10 min prep time

Ingredients 

– 1 1/2 lbs. baby potatoes, cut in half – 1 Tbsp. olive oil – 1/2 tsp. sea salt – 14 oz. kielbasa, cut into 2 inch pieces – 16 oz. sauerkraut, drained

How to Make Sheet Pan Baked Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

Prep potatoes

Place potatoes on half of the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and place cut side of potatoes down on the pan in a single layer.

Make aluminium foil pan

Fold a large piece of foil into a small tray that will fit on the other end of the sheet pan. Drain sauerkraut. Drain as much liquid as you can from sauerkraut and add it foil tray. Place the kielbasa slices on top of the sauerkraut.

Bake sausage, potatoes, and sauerkraut in a preheated oven until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
