Prep Ingredients


Gather and prep ingredients needed.

Make slaw

In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sugar, and celery salt. Add in cabbage and green onions and toss together until combined. Chill in refrigerator if desired.


Mix aioli

In a small or medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, dried dill, and black pepper to taste. Set aside.


Cook salmon


Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Season salmon with salt and place into hot pan, skin-side up. Cook until cooked through and flaky.
