– 20 oz. grape tomatoes – 2 Tbsp. Olive oil – fresh thyme sprigs – flaky sea salt – freshly cracked black pepper

Preheat the oven and wash your tomatoes.

Roast grape tomatoes

Place tomatoes on a rimmed baking sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with flaky sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, and fresh thyme. Spread out in a single layer and bake until they have burst.
