 Lavender Latte Recipe


Once you learn how to make a lavender latte at home, you’ll definitely feel like your very own barista. Not only is this lavender latte recipe made with just a few simple ingredients but it also takes just a few minutes to make.


– 1–2 shots espresso – 6 oz. steamed milk – 1/2–1 oz. lavender syrup (1-2 tablespoons)

How to Make Lavender Latte

Prep ingredients


Add lavender syrup into to mug. Froth milk with milk frother or steam wand. TIP: If you don’t have a milk frother, you can simmer milk and blend to give it a frothy consistency.

Make latte

Pour hot milk into mug and stir together with syrup. Pour espresso over milk and serve. TIP: For a small latte with 1-2 shots espresso and 1 cup milk, I used 1 tablespoon of the lavender syrup, but add more or less according to your own preference.


How to Make Lavender Syrup

– 1 cup sugar – 1 cup water – 1/3 cup dried lavender flowers (culinary-grade lavender buds) – 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract (totally optional, but gives a great lavender vanilla flavor)
