These 3-ingredient truffles come together quickly and are beyond delicious. I’ll show you how to turn these into a fun Halloween treat!

Ingredients 

– 35 Oreo cookies – 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature – 12 oz. white candy melts, white chocolate chips or almond bark – black writing gel or candy eyes

How to Make Halloween Oreo Truffle Ghosts

Make cookie crumbs

Process the oreos to a crumb texture in a food processor or blender. Make truffle dough. Add in cream cheese to oreo crumbs and pulse or blend until smooth.

Scoop dough

Scoop out oreo balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Freeze until dough has firmed up.

 Melt chocolate

Slowly melt the white chocolate, candy melts, or almond bark until smooth. You can melt in the microwave at about 15 second intervals, or over a double boiler. Shape ghosts. Roll oreo truffles into a ghost, oblong shape.

Coat truffles

Using a fork, dip truffle into white chocolate and fully submerge so it’s totally covered. Let excess chocolate drip off and then set back on parchment paper. Add eyes. If using eye candy, place them on while chocolate is sticky, otherwise let chocolate harden and then draw on eyes with the writing gel.
