How to Make Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa

Prep Ingredients


Gather ingredients needed. Wash and cut veggies and mango.

Make mango salsa

In a medium bowl, mix together mango, red onion, and jalapeno. Toss with lime juice, sprinkle with salt, and fold in cilantro. Chill in the fridge until ready to eat.


Cook fish

In a small bowl, mix together sea salt, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Pat fish dry with paper towel and sprinkle seasonings over both sides of fish. Air fry or pan fry fish until cooked through and flaky.


Assemble mango fish tacos
