Easy Dumpling Soup Recipe

I think you’ll love this dumpling soup for the same reasons I do. It’s easy (it’s a 15-minute, activity night dinner), it’s made with basic ingredients, and most importantly, it’s got major flavor!

Ingredients 

– 4 tsp. minced ginger – 4 green onions (leave white and green parts separate) – 1 Tbsp. sesame oil – 8 cups chicken bone broth – 24 oz. dumplings – 6 cups baby spinach – soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and chili oil for serving

How to Make Dumpling soup

Gather all ingredients needed.

Saute aromatics

Heat sesame oil in a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat and add ginger and white part of green onions. Sizzle, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 30-60 seconds.

Cook dumplings

Pour in bone broth and bring mixture to a boil. Carefully add the potstickers in soup mixture and cook for about 2 minutes, or according to package instructions.

Cook spinach

Stir in spinach leaves and cook until wilted. Serve soup. Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with a drizzle of sesame oil, soy sauce, and hot chili oil to taste. Sprinkle with green portion of green onions.
