You are going to love this baked furikake salmon recipe! It starts with flaky salmon, a soy mayo mixture which keeps the fish super tender, and then the crunchy panko furikake topping. 

Ingredients 

– 4 6–oz. salmon filets – 1/4 cup mayonnaise – 1 Tbsp. soy sauce – 1–3 tsp. Sriracha (to taste) – 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs – 2 Tbsp. Furikake seasoning – sea salt and black pepper

How to Make Baked Furikake Salmon

Prep salmon

Arrange salmon skin side down on baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix mayo soy mixture & breadcrumb mixture

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sriracha. Sprinkle furikake mixture over fish filets. In another small bowl, mix together panko and furikake with a fork.
