How to Make Egg and Cheese Breakfast Bagel Sandwich
Heat 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a nonstick pan or griddle and lightly fry eggs for 2-3 minutes per side on medium heat. After you flip your egg, top it with the slice of cheese so it starts to melt.
While eggs are cooking, slice bagel and lightly toast bagel halves and spread with butter if desired.
