One person adds that yogurt parfaits with seasonal berries are a hit amongst blue-collar workers. The individuals receive healthy doses of protein and calcium while stocking up on refreshing berries. The cold snack can help regulate or cool down the workers’ temperatures, especially after a day of the sun pelting their backs and faces.

A friend buys brisket and has it sliced across the grain for her jerky, but I usually get whatever larger cut is cheap this week and have them slice and wrap it for me!”
