For salmon burger sauce:
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
- 2 Tbsp. capers
For salmon burgers:
- 4–8 salmon burgers
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 bibb lettuce leaves
Instructions

Stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, and dried dill in a small bowl and set aside.

Prepare salmon burgers according to package instructions.

Top bottom bun with lettuce leaf and salmon burger. Drizzle with caper dill sauce and top with bun. Serve with roasted carrots.
Notes
- Get your kids involved! They can: mix together the caper dill sauce.
- Salmon burgers can vary in size, so aim for about 200-250 calories. You may need two patties.
