These roasted carrots with dill take just a few minutes to prep and make a great side to fish or chicken.

- 16 oz. baby carrots
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Slice carrots in half lengthwise. Toss with olive oil, onion powder, dried dill, and sea salt.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, until tender. If you like them a little crisper, try them after 15 minutes.
