Roasted Carrots with Dill


Description

These roasted carrots with dill take just a few minutes to prep and make a great side to fish or chicken. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz. baby carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Slice carrots in half lengthwise. Toss with olive oil, onion powder, dried dill, and sea salt.
  3. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until tender. If you like them a little crisper, try them after 15 minutes.
