- 1 english cucumber
- 1/4 white onion
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 cup white distilled vinegar
- Thinly slice cucumber.
- Thinly slice onion.
- Sprinkle cucumber with sugar and salt. Toss with sliced onion and vinegar in a medium bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat.
- If you use an English/hothouse cucumber, no need to peel. If you use a regular cucumber, peel the outer layer.
