Quick Pickle Salad

  • 1 english cucumber
  • 1/4 white onion
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 cup white distilled vinegar


  1. Thinly slice cucumber.
  2. Thinly slice onion.
  3. Sprinkle cucumber with sugar and salt. Toss with sliced onion and vinegar in a medium bowl.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to eat. 



  • If you use an English/hothouse cucumber, no need to peel. If you use a regular cucumber, peel the outer layer.
