Pesto Chicken Salad

Units Scale
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • salt & pepper


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, pesto, and Dijon mustard. 
  2. Add the shredded chicken to the bowl with the dressing. Toss to coat and chill until serving. 
  3. Season with additional sea salt and black pepper if desired.
  4. Serve over greens, on bread or with crackers.


  • Makes about 3 cups
