  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 oz. bag coleslaw mix (about 4 cups)
  • 2 cups leftover apricot pork
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas

    Mince garlic.
Lightly heat up pork in the microwave.

  2. Heat large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to pan and when hot, add white part of green onions and garlic to pan, cooking for about 1 minute.
