Minty Mojito Mocktail

This mojito mocktail is flavorful, refreshing, and so delicious that you won’t miss the booze! Made with fresh lime and mint, Seedlip, and a few other basic ingredients, this NA drink is perfect for summer days as it’s light and fresh, but also has a deeper, more complex flavor like quality craft cocktail.

I love all of the creative names for NA drinks and the mocktail mojito is probably the one I’ve seen with the MOST names – faux-jito, NO-jito, zero proof mojito, NA mojito, etc. and as mocktails continue to grow in popularity, I’m sure we’ll see even more!

Whether you’re totally sober, sober curious, or just on a mocktail kick, you won’t miss the booze in this delicious non-alcoholic drink! And be sure to check out my mojito mocktail, margarita mocktail, cranberry mocktail spritzer, Surely wine review, and how my life changed when I quit drinking next time.

What You’ll Love About Mojito Mocktail Recipe

  • Delicious mint and lime flavors
  • Complex flavors like a craft cocktail
  • Easy to make
  • Made with just a few simple ingredients
  • You won’t miss the alcohol!

Ingredients

  • Lime – Look for fresh and juicy limes!
  • Mint– Look for fresh mint leaves, without any browning on the edges.
  • Seedlip Garden 108 – This NA spirit is going to add a complex flavor to your mocktails and I highly recommend it.
  • Simple syrup – You can make your own (it’s easy!) or buy it pre-made. It’s typically in the garnish and mixer section of liquor stores. To make your own, simply bring 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup granulated sugar to a simmer (or until sugar has dissolved). Remove from heat and set aside. Store in refrigerator for 2-4 weeks.
  • Soda water – Use your favorite club soda or sparkling water or make your own with a soda stream.

Zero-Proof Mojito Variations

There are essentially endless mojito variations! Back in my drinking days, we went to a mojito bar in Denver that had more than 50 different flavors, so while I’ll share a few specific ideas below, anything goes!

Strawberry Mojito Mocktail

Probably the most popular variation, there are a few options for types of strawberries – a few fresh berries, sliced in half, stems removed; frozen strawberries that have been thawed; a spoonful of strawberry jam. Add them to the limes and mint and muddle away. Add some sliced strawberries for a pretty garnish.

Blackberry Mojito Mocktail

Use a few fresh blackberries and muddle with lime and mint. Garnish with a few fresh berries if desired.

Mango Mojito Mocktail

Fresh mango chunks or frozen mango chunks that are thawed will both work. Muddle with lime and mint.

Blueberry Mojito Mocktail

You can use fresh blueberries; frozen blueberries that have been thawed; a spoonful of blueberry jam. Muddle with lime and mint.

  • Don’t skip the Seedlip Garden 108 – if you’re into mocktails, it’s a great NA spirit to stock. You can use it in so many drinks, but my fave simple drink is the Seedlip Garden 108 and Fever-Tree Light Tonic!ย
