- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- .75 oz fresh mint (or more!)
- cold brew coffee
- half & half
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water and mint.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Lower to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for at least an hour.
- Strain out mint and store in the refrigerator.
- Use in coffee, tea or cocktails!
