Hummus toast with veggies and feta cheese


Try this Mediterranean hummus toast for a quick and nutritious breakfast or lunch. 


  • 612 slices sourdough bread (depending on size)
  • 6 oz. prepared hummus
  • 3 mini or Persian cucumbers (1-2 regular)
  • 8 oz. grape tomatoes
  • 46 oz. feta cheese
  • olive oil, salt, pepper


  1. Toast bread and top with hummus, chopped cucumber, sliced tomato, and crumbled feta cheese

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
